Julia is a true Sanibel native with deep roots in the community and a lifelong connection to the island she is proud to call home. Her parents founded and produced the first professional theaters on Sanibel and Captiva, and Julia grew up surrounded by the arts and the people who make these islands so special. After attending all levels of the Sanibel School, she developed an intimate understanding and appreciation for the unique character, neighborhoods, and lifestyle of Sanibel and Captiva.

Julia earned her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University, including a semester studying in London and extensive travels throughout Europe. She later worked in Peru, helping indigenous women develop and sustain their own businesses, before calling Sydney, Australia home. After exploring the world, Julia was drawn back to Southwest Florida, where she has spent the past 12 years building a life with her husband, Brennen, and their dog, Vinny.

Julia is a proud member of the Sanibel Captiva Chapter of Zonta, an organization that four generations of women in her family have been part of. She earned her Florida real estate license in 2019 and spent several years as Office Manager at Kingfisher Real Estate, gaining valuable insight into every aspect of the real estate business and the importance of providing exceptional service. Known as “The Facilitator,” Julia brings a proactive, organized, and personable approach to every transaction, working diligently to make the process as seamless as possible for her clients.

Having lived on both the east and west ends of Sanibel, Julia offers firsthand knowledge of the island’s diverse neighborhoods, communities, and coastal lifestyle. Whether buying or selling, she combines her deep local roots, extensive knowledge of the area, and commitment to her clients to help make every real estate experience a successful and enjoyable one.
