During his tenure with the City, Bill learned a great deal about Sanibel real estate listings, including land use and redevelopment, and he gained an intimate knowledge of the homes and neighborhoods on the island.

Bill’s real estate knowledge and interests are not new. He has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesman since 1982. His real estate experience includes building, remodeling, investment, development, and sales.
