Pegge Ford was born and raised in Mahwah, New Jersey and after earning her degree from Marymount College of Virginia, she began her journey that spanned Retail Management, Hospitality Management and Real Estate.  Over the years that followed, each journey was deep rooted in building relationships and maintaining those relationships.

Throughout the years, Pegge found professional success in the Boutique and Specialty Department Store Management positions in Palm Beach, Beverly Hills, New York, Chicago, and Florida.  One such promotion took her to Ft. Myers where she was introduced to Sanibel Island. Soon she called Sanibel home and began her Hospitality career where she rose to General Manager, President, and COO of the Historic Island Inn Resort for 22 years.  She has also served on the Board of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of the Sanibel Community Association. 

The common threads throughout her lifetime have been the ability to listen to the wants and needs of the client, and the ability to drive sales and bring closure to that sale.  Clients would describe Pegge as dependable, detail-oriented, honest, respectful, creative and one who gives guidance during challenging situations.

Currently living in Gulf Harbour in Ft. Myers, Pegge covers the Sanibel, Captiva, and Ft. Myers markets. She realizes that no one single approach is the right one for every client and works tirelessly for mutual success with candid advice.
