Just wanted to follow-up with you and let you know how much I have appreciated yours and Phaidra’s efforts at recently selling not only my Surf Sound property, but also selling my Sanctuary vacant lot in late 2019. I have had dealings with a total of four Sanibel real estate agencies over the years and I find Kingfisher to be quite professional as well as superior with respect to marketplace knowledge and ensuring that we met our objectives of selling at the highest possible price consistent with marketplace conditions. As I recall, the Surf Sound property had an all cash, full price offer within a week of signing our Listing Agreement. What else could a seller ask for ?
