Reviews For Kingfisher Real Estate

Thank you for all your patience and all your hard work throughout our process. You were truly great to work with.  I hope we weren't too demanding.  I think in the world these days we are so quick to point out the negatives and pass on the positives. But you were so great to work with. And what you did for Jenny when she was down there after the purchase was so nice of you! I hope when we are ready to find our permanent residence down there we can work with you again.

We are so grateful that we chose Kate as our real estate agent. She grew up on Sanibel and knows the island so well. She was incredibly patient, always upbeat, very knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. It took us a while to find our house and she was with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend Kate!

Kate was terrific to work with. She was very prompt in all communications, knowledgeable about changing market conditions, and helpful with scheduling repairs prior to closing. She helped us secure a great property on Sanibel that will be our family home for many years to come!

Thank you Kelsey and Kate. You both were the best agents we have ever worked with. This is our 9th real estate purchase so we were very impressed. Thanks again and have a great weekend.

Thanks Kate and Kelsey. You were both the best realtors we have ever worked with. Thanks for all of the help with the insurance, inspections, etc. You made the process very smooth and easy for us.

Kate Stone handled our settlement on our home. She has a wealth of knowledge in the area and the local industry and was able to facilitate a very smooth and stress free settlement. Her response time to our requests was a huge plus. I felt we had exceptional concierge service. I would give her higher than a 5 star if I was able. Top notch agent and would highly recommend.
