Kate was a joy to work with. She was my eyes and boots on the ground selling my condo for me. She oversaw minor repairs, inspections and whatever was necessary in my absence. Her promotional material was professionally photographed with well written descriptions. Kate certainly did well by me and I would highly recommend her.
