The Sanctuary Golf Club

Membership fees: Equity: $110,000 Privileges include access to all Club facilities, golf course, driving range, putting green, chipping area, golf lessons, priority tee times & tournament play, a 50,000 square foot clubhouse, world-class dining. Introductory: $10,000 Limited one year membership, same use and access as Equity members. Membership duration is 1 year, not renewable and leads to Equity or Social Membership. Temporary Membership: $5,000 for 1 month OR $7,500 for 2 months. Limited time same use and access as Equity Members. This is not renewable. Social: $15,000 Have access to all Club facilities also includes use of the driving range, putting green, and chipping area, golf lessons, and the ability to golf from May 1st through September 30th. The Sanctuary Community was built in 1992 and is composed of luxurious single family homes, elegant villas and spectacular condominiums. The private golf course is an Arthur Hills Design with 6,850 yards and a challenging Par 72.

EQUITY MEMBERSHIP

Annual Dues: $19,250 + sales tax
Capital Fee: $3,600
Equity Members have voting rights and hold any equity interest in the Club.
Associate Equity Membership:
Those under the age of 55 have the option to join as Equity Members by paying $75,000 upon joining, with a second payment of $75,000 due when the Member or his or her spouse turns 55 years of age or on the 5th anniversary of the Membership, whichever comes first. After making the final payment, the Equity Member receives a Certificate of Membership and gains a proprietary interest in the Club. If the Member fails to make the required second payment by the deadline, the initial $75,000 is forfeited, along with all Membership rights.
SOCIAL & SPORTS MEMBERSHIP
For our Social & Sports Members we offer:

Annual Dues: $8,475 + sales tax
Capital Fee: $1,800
Social & Sports Members do not have voting rights and do not hold any equity interest in the Club.
Associate Social & Sports Membership:
Persons under 55 who join the Club as Social Members may pay $25,000 upon joining and a second $25,000 either when the Member or his or her spouse turns 55 or the fifth anniversary of the membership, whichever comes first. If the Member does not make the second payment when due, the initial $25,000 payment will be forfeited and the Membership will terminate.
